What is it?

Our vision is that our EYST Employability project becomes a ray of hope for the community who are struggling to get into employment.

Our goal in this project is to support Ethnic Minorities and the wider community in Swansea with the Right To Work status to explore, pursue and achieve their aspirations by overcoming the various barriers they face in getting into employment, developing their skills and enhancing their confidence.

These difficulties could be due to:

*Language barriers

*Cultural reasons

*Qualification

*Work Experience in UK etc

What the project offers?

The project offers a wide range of services including:

•        Career Development

•        Upskilling Courses / Training

•        Work Related Trainings

•        Volunteering Opportunities

•        Employability Support

•        Raising Awareness Workshops for the youth and adults.

•        CV writing, Interview support, job application support etc…

Who do we work with?

Ethnic minorities in Swansea with the Right To Work status.
